CUSTOMERS ORDERING FROM:

Australia, Denmark, New Zealand, Taiwan, Your order may be held by customs, and you may have to pay quite a lot of import duty. You may need an import license (Taiwan) , or doctor's prescription (Australia, New Zealand). Please order with caution.

Customers ordering from Europe (all countries except for the U.K., Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland), and Mexico.
Unfortunately, effective SEPTEMBER 2003, due to customs problems, we no longer ship to these destinations.
Customers living in Europe:
If you know someone in the U.K., Netherlands, or Switzerland, you may ask us to ship your order to them by filling out the ship to, on our order form.
Customers living in Mexico:
We can ship your order to any address in the U.S., and then you can arrange to pick it up, or have some one bring it to you.
Import Taxes: You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, local taxes of any kind etc. These charges ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY OF OUR PRICES, OR SHIPPING CHARGES..

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION:

International Customers ordering for the first time from NONI PRODUCTS will need to fax (1-205-338-1303) the front page of their credit card statement (monthly statement/ bill sent to you indicating how much you have spent), or a copy of the front and back of your credit card along with a utility (water, electricity, or gas) bill indicating your shipping address. This information is used to verify that you are the owner of the credit card. Please note that, unlike with the credit card purchases originating within the U.S., we can't verify your address electronically or through the phone, so this extra step is necessary to authenticate you as the actual credit card holder. Once you have placed your order, please fax (1-205-338-1303) The requested Credit Card Information.Your order will be shipped out once we have received one of the above sets of faxes. Please note that this requirement is only for International customers ordering for the first time. If you have ordered from us before, you don't need to fax us your credit card information. Note: If you are faxing us a copy of your credit card statement, you may delete any purchase history from this document. All we need is your credit card company's Logo and address, your name and address, and the last 4 digits of your card.

Shipping Restrictions:
It is the responsibility of our customers to make sure that YOU are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S. If the Customs in your country returns your order to us, either because you did not have the permission to import such supplements or because such supplements are banned in your country, and providing the item (s) are in a re saleable condition, we will refund 75% of the purchase price, less twice the shipping charges to your credit card, (as we must pay our carrier the same shipping charge to return your order back to us), PLUS any other charges incurred, such as quarantine fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country. PLEASE check with your country's customs officials to make sure you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.



RETURN POLICY




OUR PRODUCT RETURN POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

We only accept returned merchandise that has not been opened or damaged and that has not been store tagged (present or removed price tags). ALL returns must be pre-approved by our office. A written request for returned merchandised must be faxed to our office before the merchandise is returned . This request must list in detail the merchandise to be returned and the reason for the return and certify that it is in perfect condition for resale. A Merchandise RETURN NUMBER will be issued by our office. That number must accompany the specific returned merchandise. A 25% re-stocking charge will be deducted. SHIPPING CHARGES CAN NOT BE REFUNDED. We only accept merchandise for CREDIT. NO CASH REIMBURSEMENT is made. No merchandise is accepted for return after 30 days following the original date of shipping.
